Yes, you need to create an account to place an order on Snuggling Cloud. This allows you to track orders, save your information for faster checkout, receive exclusive offers, and get personalized recommendations. Creating an account is quick and secure.

Order cannot be updated once placed. You can request a change in order within 1 hour via mail.

Payment

We are pleased to offer Rs.50/- discount on shipping for orders over ₹1000 to customers all across India. Shipping charges will be charged for orders less than ₹1000.

COD options are not available.

We support multiple payment options like UPI, credit/debit cards etc… (Currently international payments are not available and we are working to enable this soon)

Your payment might have failed due to various reasons. It could be your card or an issue at the bank’s end. Please try again with a different card or a different method of payment.

After the payment is successful, you will be directed to an order confirmation page with Order Id. You can also verify your confirmed order from My accounts page https://snugglingcloud.in/my-account/

Please contact us through the Support email/Whatsapp with your Order ID. Our support assistant will get back to you shortly to resolve your problem.

Shipping

Order will be processed and dispatched in 1 or 2 working days.

Change in delivery address should be updated within 1 hour from the time of order confirmation. Please contact us through the Support email/Whatsapp with your Order ID and correct address.

If the order has not been shipped out yet, we will review the address. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address.

There might be some unexpected delays from the delivery partner side in delivering the order based on the situation at the time of delivery. Don’t worry, the order will be delivered without fail, but it may take time.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to us.

Delivery is usually within 4-5 working days, subject to courier company norms. In some cases delivery may take from 7-10 days depending on delivery location and accessibility. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

No, we are not doing any fast/speed delivery services at the moment.

Returns and Exchange

Please raise your concern at [email protected] or whatsapp us within 2 days of delivery. If the product was damaged upon delivery, we will take it back and exchange it with a new one only after checking the unpacking videos. In case if the product is not in stock with us, we will refund the amount back to your bank account. we maintain a very high level of quality control and till date, we receive minimal complaints about the quality of our packaging. Less than 1% of our products we ship in a year are returned to us as damaged. To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process, we use the best possible packing material.

Exchange is not acceptable unless for damaged products received at the time of delivery(need unpacking video). 

You will be notified through your email once the refund has been initiated. It can take up to 5 – 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account after we initiate the refund. Refunds for canceled orders will be initiated within 24 hours of cancellation.

If you are returning a product, a refund will be initiated after we receive the products at our Warehouse and the Quality check are done.

Product Related Queries

Stocks are usually replenished in a span of 1-2 weeks. However some products might take a long time to be restocked. 

Cancellation

Within 1 hour from the time of order confirmation, you can cancel the order right from your My Account > Orders page. Click on the link below to visit the page:

Cancellation will not be possible once the 1 hour cancellation window has been closed.

Beyond the 1 hour Cancellation window, it cannot be canceled further.
