Non-Returnable Items

• Infant Products: Items designed for infants aged 0-6 months cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. To avoid sizing issues, please refer to our size chart before making a purchase.

Promotional Periods

• During promotional periods, products are generally ineligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Eligibility for Returns

• Manufacturing Defects: Products with manufacturing defects such as tears, stains, or incorrect stitching are eligible for replacement or refund. Return shipping costs for such items will be covered by us.
• Notification: You must notify us for return within 2-3 days of receiving the product. 
• Unpacking Videos: Unpacking videos are required for all return requests.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

• If you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, we will correct it upon your contact.

Order Modification/Cancellation

• If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, if the order has already been processed, you can return it once received.

Refund Policy

• Inspection: For refund inquiries due to manufacturing defects, our Quality Control team will inspect the returned shipment upon arrival at our warehouse.
• Replacement/Refund: We will offer a replacement or refund, with return shipping covered by us, provided you inform us within 48 hours of receipt.

• We cannot guarantee delivery for orders with incorrect shipping addresses or those delayed due to severe weather or acts of nature affecting the carrier’s operations.
